- Essential Clarity: $550 per month. Up to 200 transactions. Up to 4 accounts. Most popular.
- Growth Clarity: $700 per month. Up to 300 transactions. Up to 4 accounts.
- Operational Excellence: $850 per month. Up to 400 transactions. Up to 6 accounts.
- Operations Pro: $1,000 per month. Up to 500 transactions. Up to 6 accounts.


## Controller and CFO Expansion Support

- Controller support is available to established House of Standard clients when month-end close oversight, reporting infrastructure, internal controls, budget and variance tracking, or team oversight become necessary.
- CFO support is available to established House of Standard clients when budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, capital planning, or board and investor reporting become necessary.
- Scope, cadence, and pricing are documented in writing for the additional support required. Controller and CFO support are not standalone public entry offers.

## Cleanup and Catch-Up Bookkeeping

When records are incomplete or unreliable, House of Standard can scope financial remediation before Monthly Accounting begins. Rate: $250 per hour, billed against a 20-hour starting retainer of $5,000. Many remediation projects fit within the starting retainer; total hours depend on the volume and condition of the records. Clients with sound QuickBooks Online books do not need this stage.

## QuickBooks Diagnostic

- QuickBooks Diagnostic: $375 one-time. A focused QuickBooks Online review with written findings, used when the condition of the accounting foundation is unclear.

## Service Delivery Standard

For engagements that include monthly close, books are closed and delivered by the end of the third week of the following month. Response time commitment: one business day for client communications. No outsourcing. Every transaction, reconciliation, report, and expansion-support deliverable is completed by the in-house team.
